What is SEMG and how we use it at Balance Chiropractic Center:
SEMG is a computerized spinal examination that we use to evluate the relative levels of electrical activity associated with misaligned vertebrae that affect the nervous system; a condition known as the Vertebral Subluxation.

When patients present with spinal bones (Vertebrae) that are misaligned (Subluxated), their spinal nerves can become irritated leading to many negative effects. By interfering with the communication between the brain and the body, a Vertebral Subluxation leads to improper electrical impulses which can lead to poor health.

Computerized SEMG Scanning helps our doctors in evaluating which areas/levels of the nervous system are being adversely affected by Vertebral Subluxations.
